Parents: How Much Do You Know About Teenage Sexual Activity?
ReL8 hosts FREE Parent ReL8 Workshops to better equip parents to discuss sex with their teens.
Workshops address:
· Helping parents understand the powerful influence they have on their children.
· Tips on teaching teens values and training them for success
· Practical information and instruction in communicating effectively with teens about saving sex for marriage
· Updated information about STDs and teen trends
Each workshop is a one-hour seminar focusing on topics relevant to parenting teens, including STDs, Media influence, the effects of pre-marital sex on the brain and drugs and alcohol. For those parents whose children are participating in our Class 8 instruction, our teen and parent resources often go hand in hand to give you (parents) peace of mind about what your teen will learn through our classroom presentations.
Workshops are available for parent, church and community groups and are also offered to all schools participating in our Class 8 presentations.
